wahaha! i love the fact that uni semesters are so MEGa SHORT! 4 months. so fast. yay! half a sem just flew past my eyes..n i think i'm doing pretty well so far =DD yay yay yay! so happy.. haha..i cant wait for year 2 la.. all my army seniors coming into FASS!!!!! so exciting.. i'll get to see many more familiar faces..michael,jack, yuanhao, nic..haha.. happy!

WAHAHa! ytd we senior youths went out for a time of fellowship at crystal jade Great World City.. we had a LOT of fun with our costumes.. it was really fun and exciting.. haha.. some fotos !

reading nilawan's blog cheered me up a little. haha. that silly girl. i'll never do sucha thing man
The Lord will guide you continually,
and satisfy your soul in drought,
and strengthen your bones; you shall be like a watered garden,
and like a spring of water,
whose waters do not fail.
Isaiah 58:11
i got to keep looking heavenwards. otherwise i'll simply be filled with sadness. Sometimes i just feel very tired of things. so disappointed and put off. sigh
but this verse always gives me the assurance that God's presence is there to 'water' my dried-out tired soul. it's comforting to know that. blessed assurance. my waters will not fail

this 2 wks have been just rough for me.
it's just one prob after another
i wonder when it'll end..
i think it's really a test of faith in God.
finally one wk of tests AND exams past, here comes another wk of projects
then today i just felt the disappointment in people.
people. man, to think that i, a mere human can be this disappointed, how much more will God feel?
sigh
things're never going to be the same again. i really miss those times.
i dont want to grow up

today as i walked pass the pasar malam near my house, i was filled with excitement and happiness. heh. i love pasar malam! it makes the night so much more lively, there're so many things to see and EAT! hehehe. it's just exciting.. i felt happy just seeing those stores set up slowly. not that i really shop at pasar malams actually (because i'm always so busy) but it feels wonderful to window shop whilst passing by those simple stores. yea =DD
there're a few things that i miss from childhood times:
(1) pasar malams-- shopping with my mum in pasar malams when i was young is really a long time thing. i vaguely remember the sights and sounds of pasar malam during those days in Telok Blangah Cresent where i used to stay.nostalgic =)
(2) minimart stores below HDB blocks-- i literally GReW UP with minimart stores around me when i was little. 8 yrs at telok blangah, on top of the 6 yrs sutyding in radin mas pri, at bukit purmei. miss those type of places.. sigh..i rmb going to those stores to look for my collectable huan zhu ge ge cards. HAHA! and also those little turn turn machines that'll churn out pretty plastic rings or toys. nostalgic =)
(3)the playground below my house at telok blangah-- that playground has changed countless times since i moved house. but i spent so much time as a kid there. playing the swing the slide and all those kiddy stuff..heh! nostalgic
(4)playing lanterns-- i rmb being crazy over my cloth electronic lantern that had music. hehe. i dunno where it went le, but somehow i just rmb how it looked like. haha.. nostalgic =)
(5) bus stop outside fairfield, and dover market-- just miss being a fairsian. =) beautiful memories. nostalgic! =D
i'm blessed with alot of memories.. so many so precious to me
